Charcoal rotisserie chicken is nothing new. But to *get it right* takes a level of mastery. You need more than just a nice marinade and good seasoning. You need to be mindful of your chicken's internal temperature. You need to know when to pull them birds off the grill. All too often *cough* chicken fiesta *cough* the chicken is SO DRY all your effort is for nothing. This Yelper is happy to report that Salsa Chicken is NOT dry. In fact, it was some of the juiciest rotisserie chicken I've had in years. Salsa Chicken makes their birds with a Peruvian style seasoning and marinade. I'm not sure all the secret details but it's delicious! Sadly, the sides are mediocre at best. Their rice seems to be the exact same rice as their competitors. The rice is waxy and boring and devoid of flavor. The beans are a touch better but taste like they come out of a large tin can. The star of the show is the rotisserie chicken, and the chicken is excellent. In closing, the location is a bit off the beaten path, but I felt the trip was worth it. YMMV.
We come her a lot and always get the Carne Asada and the Taco Salad. I like to try different things. Tonight I got the burger and it was great. The fries were nice and crispy. Some times when we come we order at the counter and they bring the food to you. Other times we sit at a table and are served. Always get great service. It does look like they expanded the menu and there is much more I'd like to try.
We ate brunch here today. Spectacular! We love the food so much, keeps us coming back.
Food has consistently been delicious. Service and Friendliness is always outstanding. You can always try something new and interesting or if not you can easily always stay in your comfort zone. Vegetarian friendly. Great quality. Give it a try if you haven't. Good food does take a few minutes to prepare so don't expect Chic-Fil-A speed of service though a small wait is totally worth it.
Went on a date with my wife here. It was AMAZING. I do dislike how they have 2 menus. My wife and I got the same thing, I ordered from one menus that came with fries, my wife order from the other menu and it did not came with fries. Items came out completely different. Not sure why but I would get it again and again. One of the best things I ever had. Wish I remembered what it was, but I couldn't type it anyway since I couldn't pronounce it lol. Just go. You won't regret it.
